1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

          U.S.: 3–7 business days

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also contact us at support@bussinminds.com if you need help tracking your order.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at support@bussinminds.com right away.

5. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

6. Is return shipping free?

Yes, we offer free return shipping for approved returns. We'll send you a prepaid return label once your return is authorized.

7. Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

8. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email us at support@bussinminds.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to send you a replacement at no cost.
